THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS, RULES, AND REGULATIONS. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF OR ANY CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW, WHERE BONDING, REGISTRATION, OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS WOULD BE REQUIRED BUT HAVE NOT BEEN MET.

ACCEPTANCE OF RULES.

By entering this Sweepstakes, you fully and unconditionally accept and agree to these Rules and to all decisions made by Administrator, which are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

ADMINISTRATOR AND SPONSOR.

This Sweepstakes is administered by Sourced Craft Cocktails (“Administrator”). This Sweepstakes will be conducted under the supervision of Administrator.

ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER.

This Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia and who are at least 21 years old as of the beginning of the applicable Sweepstakes Period. By entering this Sweepstakes, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age. Employees of the Administrator and/or their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and employees of any advertising or promotion agencies or any other entity involved in the sponsorship, conducting, or development of this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or household members are not eligible to enter.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD.

Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on June 6th, 2022 and ends at 4:05:00 p.m. (EST) on June 29, 2022. All entries must register for the masterclass before 2:59:59 p.m (EST) on June 29, 2022.

HOW TO ENTER.

1. Go to https://sourcedcraftcocktails.com/seedlip-masterclass

1. After providing your zip code and confirming that you are 21 years of age or older, RSVP with your intention to attend the free online Sourced Cocktails & Seedlip Masterclass Event on June 29, 2022, 3:00 p.m. – 3:50 p.m. (EST) (“Event”) by providing your name and e-mail address.

1. Attend the Event on June 29, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. ET. If you RSVP and attend the Event, you will be entered in the Sweepstakes. Attendees who are live on the event by 3:05 pm will be entered into the event. Be sure to follow the designated procedure to sign in for the Event, using the same e-mail address provided on your RSVP.

Sending an RSVP for the Event alone will NOT result in entry.  

Internet access and valid e-mail address are required to enter the Sweepstakes. If utilizing the mobile version of the website, wireless Internet access and/or other fees may apply.  Please consult your wireless service provider regarding your pricing plan.  Not all cellular phone providers carry necessary service to enter via the mobile version of the website. Wireless Internet access is not available in all areas.

All entries to the online masterclass must be received no later than 2:59:59 p.m. (ET) on June 29, 2022. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will automatically result in disqualification.  Receipt of entry may be acknowledged by Sponsor, but any such acknowledgment is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor. 

The same individual must submit RSVP and attend Event. Any attempted transfer of invitation to Event to another person voids entry and will result in denial of access to Event. Such conduct may also constitute fraud as per Rule 7 below. 

Sponsor is not responsible for technical difficulties, telephone or cell phone service disruptions or other equipment or service issues which might affect the ability of a Website (including the mobile version of  Website) visitor to enter on-line including the availability of the Event; or the ability of the Sponsor to notify winners.  Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, garbled, corrupted, jumbled, inaccessible, incomplete, incorrect entries or other Sweepstakes materials, all of which are void.  All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Any inappropriate or anti-social behavior before/during/after attendance at Event, including but not limited to insulting, heckling, threatening or taunting Event presenters or other Event attendees, will result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes, ejection from or denial of access to the Event (if and as applicable) and may constitute an actionable violation of law. Such conduct may also constitute fraud as per Rule 7 below. 

Entrants’ personal information will only be used for purposes of  administration of the Event and Sweepstakes unless an entrant expressly consents beforehand in writing to such other use by Sponsor. See Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://sourcedcraftcocktails.com/pages/privacy-policy for additional information.  Should these Official Rules be in any way inconsistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, the terms of the Privacy Policy shall prevail, govern and control in all respects.

 

PRIZES.

 

(50) Prizes: Seedlip Spice 94 non-alcoholic spirits and glassware set/Seedlip Starter Pack (comprised of Seedlip Spice 94 700ml, 100% recycled highball glass, Thyme Seeded neck tag, Mycelium Packaging & Seedlip cocktail book). Each Prize has an approximate retail value of $60.  The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $3000.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER

Administrator will contact potential Winners via email to notify the potential him/her that he/she is has been selected as a Winner and to arrange for claiming of the Prize.

ALL WINNERS MUST MEET ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS TO WIN THE PRIZE. WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY ADMINISTRATOR, IN ADMINISTRATOR’S SOLE DISCRETION, AND ALL ADMINISTRATOR’S DECISIONS WITH RESPECT THERETO ARE FINAL. NO ENTRANT WILL BE DECLARED A WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL ADMINISTRATOR HAS VERIFIED THE THAT ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY.

GENERAL CONDITIONS.

Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to abide by and accept the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. No substitution of prize or cash equivalent except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Limit of one prize per family, household or address..  If prize is declined for any reason, no compensation or alternate prize will be awarded.  By accepting prize, winner waives the right to assert as a cost of winning said prize, any and all costs of redemption or travel to redeem said prize and any and all liability that might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize. Winner also accepts sole responsibility for any miscellaneous costs relating to acceptance of prize. 

Entrants hereby agree to indemnify and hold Sponsor, Diageo Americas, Inc. as well as Meta Platforms, Inc. (formerly, Facebook, Inc.) harmless from and against any third party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and court costs, arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of the warranties and representations set forth above and/or participation in this Sweepstakes (regardless of the cause of such injury, damage or loss) and/or the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the prize awarded (including any travel or activity related thereto).

 

The value of the prize won by a participant under the sweepstakes may be taxable as income to its winner. Upon receipt of prize, the winner shall be required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.  

 

In consideration of his/her receipt of any prize, prize winner for himself or herself and his or her guest, heirs, personal representatives and assigns shall voluntarily and knowingly completely and forever release, waive and discharge Sponsor, Diageo Americas, Inc. as well as Meta Platforms, Inc. (formerly, Facebook, Inc.) against any and every kind of claim, demand, injury, costs, attorney fees, right, liability or cause of action or other liabilities of whatever kind or nature, known or unknown, absolute or contingent, and whether or not fixed, which the prize winner ever had, now has or might in the future have arising in any way or related to this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, prize winner’s participation in the Sweepstakes; prize winner’s Sweepstakes entry; use of prize winner’s name, biographical information, signature, image or likeness; prize winner’s receipt, use or inability to use any prize or part thereof, including but not limited to injury or loss sustained in any travel related to the prize; financial claims; physical and/or emotional injury; and/or any other legal claim that may arise, whether under contract, tort, warranty or any other theory or claim.

Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate this promotion, or any part thereof, at any time, for any reason, without notice or further obligation. 

ELECTRONIC ENTERIES.

In the event of a dispute, online entries (including entries made on mobile version of Website) will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an internet access provider, online service, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or incomplete entries; corrupted, jumbled, interrupted, irregular or defective entries or entries not received or properly recorded due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted connections or miscommunications, or to other electronic malfunctions, delays, or errors of any kind in the transmission or receipt of entries. Sponsor is also not responsible for  (a) incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by users or by any human or technological error that may occur in the processing of entries in this Sweepstakes or (b) for electronic malfunctions, delays, or errors of any kind which interfere with or prevent the offering of the Event as intended on June 29, 2022. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend all or a portion of the Sweepstakes, should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes including but not limited to the Event component of same. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE/MOBILE WEBSITE, UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR SEEK TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR OR JUDGES IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

For winners’ list, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sourced Cocktails + Seedlip Sweepstakes Winners, c/o Sourced Craft Cocktails,  600 Congress Ave FL 14, Austin, TX 78701. All requests for the winners’ list must be postmarked by July 29, 2022 and received by August 12, 2022.
